A great task to help your students tackle what is typically the last question on the exam paper 'the big question'. This task can be span across multiple lessons and gets students thinking about how hospitality provisions meet the needs of a broad range of customers. Students will use evaluation and justification skills to add greater depth to their exam responses and therefore accessing the higher mark band.
Students will watch a short video (34 mins) and take notes, which they will then use to work through tasks included in the Power Point file. Very straightforward, would also be great as cover work.
